Receipts
A receipt is emailed to your account address after every charge: plan renewals, pack purchases and the intro offer. It names the item, the amount, any tax, and the last four digits of the card.
Billing history and payment method
Account → Subscription → Billing opens the billing portal, where you can see every past charge, download invoices as PDFs, update the card on file, and change the billing address that appears on invoices.
Business details on an invoice
Add your company name and tax ID in the billing portal before the next charge; they appear on that invoice and every one after it. Past invoices are not reissued.
Taxes
Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies to your address and shown on the invoice. Prices on the pricing page are before tax.
Something looks wrong
If a charge does not match what you expected, write to us from the contact page with the invoice number. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded.
