Silvertext is a modern plagiarism checker built for students, writers, and editors who want an honest answer — not a scary percentage with no context.

Most checkers hand you a number and leave you to argue with it. We think a report should hold up to scrutiny: every match shows the exact overlapping words, the page they came from, and how similar the two really are. When the same text lives on a dozen mirror sites, we collapse them and point you at the authoritative original.

The same principle runs through everything else Silvertext checks. Grammar and spelling suggestions are dialect-aware and one click to accept. Citation problems come with the corrected citation attached. AI detection reports a calibrated likelihood and its reasoning — never a verdict — because we'd rather say “uncertain” than accuse someone falsely.

Your work stays yours. Documents are processed to build your report and are never published, resold, or used to train models. Delete a report and it's gone.
