The names you will see
Silvertext plans are sold and billed by Link, a Stripe service, so charges carry Link's name:
- The first charge after a trial appears as LINK.COM* TRIAL OVER. Card networks require that notice on the first charge after a trial, and it leaves no room for the Silvertext name.
- Plan renewals and other charges appear as LINK.COM* SILVERTEXT.
Some banking and wallet apps show their own merchant name or category for the same charge.
A charge you do not recognize
Check Account → Subscription → Billing for the matching amount and date. If it is not there, or the charge looks wrong, write to us from the contact page and we will put it right.
