Cancel
Open Account → Subscription and choose Cancel. It takes one click and no message to support. Canceling stops the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and every report stays open and downloadable afterwards. Purchased packs keep working.
Switch plans
Switch between Weekly, Monthly and Annual from the same page at any time. The difference is prorated: moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period, moving down credits it against the next charge.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires it or where a refund was stated at purchase. If something went wrong with a charge (a duplicate, a charge after you canceled, a check that failed and still billed), write to us from the contact page with the date and amount and we will put it right. A full refund ends plan access and cancels future renewals.
The intro offer
The intro offer converts to Pro Monthly automatically at the end of its period unless you cancel first. Canceling during the offer keeps access until it ends and prevents the conversion.
Receipts
Every charge sends a receipt to your account email. See the invoices article for downloading past receipts.
