Ask here first
The help widget in the corner of silvertext.com and the app searches these articles and answers most questions on the spot. When it cannot, it offers a contact form in the same window. Fill in and submit that form to send your request to the team; the assistant's reply alone does not send a message or open a ticket.
Write to us
Use the contact form, or email hello@silvertext.com. Messages from the form and from email land in the same queue.
Include what helps us find the problem fast:
- the address of the report from your browser, if it concerns a check;
- the email address on your account;
- for a billing question, the invoice number or the date and amount of the charge;
- a screenshot if something looks wrong on the page.
Response times
Support is answered by the people who build Silvertext, on US Eastern hours. You receive a confirmation when your message arrives and a reply within one business day, usually much sooner.
What we will never ask for
Your password (there is none), a full card number, or a code emailed to you for sign-in or deletion. Anyone asking for those is not us.
If you shared card details with someone claiming to be support, contact your bank or card issuer using a number from an independent, trusted source, such as your card or statement. See the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's card-security guidance. Use the contact form above to report someone impersonating Silvertext; never include sign-in codes or full card details in your report.
