Every finding card carries the actions that resolve it. The text on the page changes as you accept, and every change can be undone.
Accept a fix
The card's main verb applies its suggestion: a spelling correction, a grammar rewrite, a quoted-and-cited version of a matched passage, or a rewrite in your own words. The page updates in place and the report advances to the next card.
Ignore
Ignore records that you reviewed the finding and chose to leave it. The card leaves the list and the summary counts it as ignored. Use it for legitimate matches (a cited quote, a title), house-style choices, and suggestions you disagree with.
Fix all
Where a category offers Fix all, it accepts every remaining suggestion in that category at once: spelling and grammar, for example. Clarity and word-choice suggestions are never included in Fix all, because they are judgment calls, and neither is a rewrite of a matched passage.
Undo and redo
Every accepted fix, citation and style switch can be undone, in order, with Undo, and redone with Redo. Undo history is kept with the report, so you can close the page and come back to it. Undoing a fix reopens its card.
Editing the text yourself
You can also edit the document directly on the page. Findings stay attached to the words they were raised on; if you rewrite a passage, its card clears when the flagged words are gone. Choose Check again when you want fresh findings on the new text.
